Today was Brian's 37th birthday and the third race in our series of races. It was the PERFECT day: sunny, cool, awesome sponsors, and a great crowd. Despite the fact that over half the course was uphill (yes, that is possible, thank you very much) we had a great time together as a family.

So awesome that you guys run together! I love the idea of fitness as a family. We need to do some more of that here as I continue to let work outs fall by the way side.
And yes, I agree with the comment above....you do look great Dalene!
