Halloween

No snow, no hurricane, and no pneumonia: it was a great Halloween.

We started with the Seguines' Halloween Party - not cancelled this year! - but we had to go without Daddy since he was camping with the scouts. Everything is more fun when we're together as a family, but we still had a great time (minus getting these two logs into the house and into bed with my prego belly).

Next up: Trunk or Treat at church - not cancelled this year! This is always a favorite.

And to complete the month, trick-or-treating and fire pitting in our neighborhood - not cancelled this year! Sadly, we do not have more pictures. Zoey was a princess mermaid and Kaia was Princess Sophia the First. It was our first COLD day of the season, so we bundled up, stayed close to the fire, and trick-or-treated for just a little bit. It was a fun night!

Here's to many more snow and hurricane and sickness free Halloweens!

Clinical Ink

Clinical Ink was honored to be amongst Philadelphia's 100 fastest growing companies, and last night we were invited to an award ceremony to celebrate. They did not tell the companies where they ranked; instead, we had to sit through a long ceremony to find out. Clinical Ink was ranked #2! It was a surprise, honor, and so exciting. Brian works SO hard and SO often, that it is refreshing to see him and his colleagues honored in this way. It is hard to believe that Ed, Brian, and Pinal were meeting by themselves in a hotel room less than three years ago! Now look where we are! It was a great night out, and so fun to celebrate Clinical Ink's hard work and progress.

First Field Trip

Once Kaia decided to give Gizmo the morning off (which took some time, I am hear to tell you), we had a great first field trip to Delaware Valley's Farm Market, Apple Orchards, and Pumpkin Patch. LOVE this time of year.

And LOVE when this little one finally decides to be happy!
