(No, she is not really so impolite as to stick her tongue out at you.)
Zoey loves these little teething biscuits and I love Zoey, so I want her to have them. But, it has to be in the bathtub while she's nekkid. Judge me all you want - they are messy!
Is there anything you don't do or let your kids do because of the mess, or am I alone in this?

This is perfect! I'm teaching a lesson on this topic... great timing!
Maya doesn't get too dirty yet... just with her own spit up. But we LOVE bath time anyway!
I'm laughing out loud about this. She is so content in the tub eating her cookie. If she doesn't mind being the tub, I wouldn't worry.
love, the girl who wouldn't dream of judging because she has her own slew of idiosyncrasies that make eating nekkid in the bathtub seem like small fries.
Just wait until she starts wanting to feed herself foods like yogurt. .. then you'll really know what messy is.
LOVE that picture! When can I meet this beautiful little person of yours. It's just killing me!
I only let the boys finger paint in the tub. I take off everything but their undies, close the glass doors and let them have at it. So easy to clean up this way!!! I sit on the toilet flipping through a magazine, sipping on coffee while they make their mess...I only need to be around to keep them alive at moments like this. I love it!
My kids did not learn of playdough or glitter until they went to school, based solely on the mess those items make.
At least you let yours have the messy item...
P.S. HA! HA! My word verification thingie was "messesse," which I think loosely translated means messy. And therefore justifies your bathtub snack time.
That's funny! Can't wait to see what happens when you have a little boy!
Wait until she wants to go to ChuckECheese... it makes me panic even now. I learned my lesson when one of my kids was being invited to a birthday party and responded by saying, "We don't go to ChuckECheese because it's so DIRTY!" (But not as dirty as the rock I crawled under a few minutes later).
I had a love/hate relationship w/ those biter biscuits. I know they love them, but the mess just put me over the edge. Good idea to do it tub-style!
helpful hint of the day: red licorice sticks=the largest mess of your life!
My kids love Popsicles, but they may only be eaten outside and in the grass! Hugs to you, Tina
I try not feeding my kids at all to ensure that there is no mess...
It works like a charm! :) and an added bonus is that their clothes fit longer!
From Jaimee...
"ooo... WHAT is she eating?"
I did the EXACT same thing with those messy, yummy buscuits... and popcicles too!
My kids get so messy with bubbles so I started letting them play with a bottle of bubbles in the bathtub while they take their baths. It works well. Spills happen in the tub and the bubbles they blow don't usually make it out of the tub area.
